These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 11bdt platform, including the website at 11bdt.club, all associated pages, casino games, sports betting products, and any other services provided by 11bdt (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 11bdt. By registering an account, accessing any page of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. 11bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version is always the governing version.

Access to and use of the 11bdt Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy ALL of the following conditions to register and maintain an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 11bdt strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must register using accurate personal information. The name, mobile number, and date of birth you provide must be your own and must be verifiable.
• You may hold only one account on 11bdt at any time. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances may be voided.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a business entity when registering or operating your account.

To access the full features of the 11bdt Platform, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to your account at all times:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 11bdt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your password secure.
• You must notify 11bdt immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account by contacting support via the email address in the site footer.
• Your account is personal to you and must not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other person.
• 11bdt may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the stated time frame may result in account restrictions or closure.

All information submitted during registration or at any subsequent time must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

11bdt processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. The currently supported methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is not guaranteed at all times.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing. 11bdt may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification checks.
• 11bdt does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals. All financial transactions must be conducted through the electronic payment channels listed on the Platform.

11bdt processes withdrawals as promptly as possible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes for amounts below the standard verification threshold. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are estimates and are not contractually guaranteed.

11bdt offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above. Players who are self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to claim bonuses.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 11bdt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice. A bonus already credited to your account with wagering in progress will not be revoked mid-rollover without cause.
• Only one active bonus may be in use at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses using separate accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts involved.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the games and time period specified in the promotion terms. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period and will be removed from your account without compensation.

11bdt reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed through abuse, exploitation of a system error, or in breach of these Terms or specific promotion conditions. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, 11bdt may suspend the account pending investigation before taking further action.

11bdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. As a condition of using the Platform, you agree to use the responsible gaming tools available to you and to engage with 11bdt's support team if your gambling is becoming problematic. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which your session will end automatically and you will be logged out of your account.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period you will not be able to log in, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Reality checks: Optional periodic notifications reminding you of your session duration and cumulative wagering activity are available in your account settings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11bdt Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account or identity to circumvent these Terms or any account restriction.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by 11bdt.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 11bdt.

11bdt employs fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Accounts flagged by these systems will be placed under review. During a review, withdrawals may be suspended. 11bdt will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable time frame.

All content on the 11bdt Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 11bdt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 11bdt brand name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of 11bdt. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any 11bdt intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Game software, live casino streaming, and sports data feeds made available through the Platform are licensed to 11bdt by third-party providers including game studios and data suppliers. These materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use these materials solely for personal entertainment purposes within the Platform. No other rights are granted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11bdt's liability to any player in connection with use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• 11bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of gaming opportunity due to technical outages.
• 11bdt does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and connectivity issues may affect Platform availability. 11bdt will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.
• In the event of a system error resulting in an incorrect display of game outcomes, odds, or account balances, 11bdt reserves the right to correct the error and void any bets or transactions affected by the error, regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 11bdt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. The limitations set out in this Section apply to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11bdt collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform. The categories of data collected, the purposes of processing, the legal basis for processing, and your data subject rights are set out in full in the 11bdt Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 11bdt does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties where required for KYC, AML compliance, payment processing, and fraud prevention. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.

11bdt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Confirmed or suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• At the player's own request, including requests for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited. Where an account is terminated at the player's request or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no pending bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

11bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 11bdt will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing an updated version on the Platform with the revision date indicated. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 11bdt support at the email address listed in the site footer.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law. In the event of a dispute between you and 11bdt arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably in the first instance by contacting 11bdt customer support.

11bdt operates as an online entertainment platform for the Bangladesh market. All written communications with 11bdt regarding disputes or complaints must be submitted to the support email address provided in the site footer. 11bdt will acknowledge all written complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.
